Artist Rebirth Project
Art is a form of expression that not only offers a means to feelings for an individual it also offers global transformation to culture via raw heart frequency. Art has many shapes and dimensions.
Through our sponsor an artist project, Regen gets to not only meet and hang out with cool people but we also get to here a depth beyond in terms of how art can heal.
Earlier this year Regen and a local physican donated resources for Michelle Collins to realize her vision of her own art studio. Already a soulful artist, Michelle also lives with the complexities of chronic illness and also had a kidney transplant after years of dialysis. Dialysis was where Michelle discovered her latent talent. It was bring my art to dialysis or not go. She started out basic and began to explore other mediums and eventually realized the sky was the limit. She had the gift. Her life threatening illness painfully but beautifully helped to save her and now honor others through her amazing work. Michelle highlights organ donors and transplant patients as a pivetol part of her dedication and love for the community. Michelle is aweome. Regen loves her for her passion, beauty, kindness, but also fearlessness in sharing how the darkness even now sometimes comes to visit. The rawness of her journey thorugh her art is extraordinary and above all else, real. We honor the light and the dark here. The totality of lives fullness and when one lives with chronic illness, not highlight how powerful the dark can be, in good times and transformatin, would simply offer false hope and just not be accurate.
